Michael Newton
User Experience Designer
In my time at Bradley, I have had lots of projects come my way. Whether that be personal projects or projects working with clients such as Caterpillar or Arts Partners here in Peoria.
Throughout my time in college, I have spent a lot of my time in Figma, Adobe XD and Adobe Illustrator. I have a lot of ideas that I love trying to bring to life. I am constantly growing as a designer and always trying to come up with designs that can enhance the experience of the applications I am making.
I am interested in everything and anything and always try to keep an open mind. I really enjoy doing desktop design as well as mobile design and also have done some AR and VR work.
My Design Process
Ask, Research, and Imagine
Define the problem and generate ideas. Defining the problem is the most important part of the process. Imagining how you can fix the problem is what comes next.
Plan and Create
Making a plan is important so you have set goals of when you wanted things completed. After is when the work starts with the prototyping and building.
Test and Improve
Testing the final design is only the first step to getting the product delivered. After the tests use the information you have received to improve your work.
